METHODOLOGY

Phase 1: Qualitative study in the form of a focus group to identify expectations in terms of services and the customer journey.

This focus group also provided insights into the image of the Jean Lain Mobilités Group in its competitive context, as well as satisfaction with the services offered.

Phase 2: Quantitative study to validate and prioritise the findings of the focus group on a representative and generalisable sample.

Administration of an online questionnaire to a panel of consumers (700 respondents) belonging to the Jean Lain Mobilités Group’s catchment area.
